Fresno State’s farm is a land of opportunity. Its hands-on education gives students, classes and faculty unparalleled access to the most productive and agriculturally rich region in the world. This issue highlights the 1,000-acre University Agricultural Laboratory — the students that care for the animals, tend the crops and the products they distribute to the campus farm market and other retailers.
