Fresno State Olive Oil
The Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology at Fresno State offers a selection of organic extra virgin olive oils. The signature collection features: Arbosana, known for its mild, fruity flavor; Koroneiki, a bold, peppery finish and rich aroma; and Miller’s Blend, a combination of olives for a balanced and robust profile. In addition they’ve recently expanded their product line to include three infused olive oils: Garlic, Basil and Meyer Lemon. Expanding on their commitment to innovation and excellence, they also introduced a line of infused olive oils. These include Garlic, perfect for savory dishes; Basil, offering a fresh herbacious flavor; and Meyer Lemon, which adds a citrus twist to any recipe.
Clear Fresno State branding connects the product line to its student-crafted origins. The label design blends a modern rustic, farm-to-table aesthetic. The signature line utilizes the university’s color palette, while the infused oils highlight natural tones. A subtle pen-and-ink olive branch adds an earthy quality.
Each bottle sold at the Rue and Gwen Gibson Farm Market does more than delight the palate — it supports Fresno State students and the enterprise behind these products.
